LG Releases First 34-inch UltraWide QHD Monitor

Now that I come to think about it, it’s absolutely incredible that some kind of extremely wide-screen monitor hasn’t been created and released to the public before. Think of the amount of jobs that require more than one screen – almost every financial job for one and anything to do with creative arts such as music etc. for another. Why not just make one large screen on which we can fit all the different things we need instead of having to fit in three monitors all over the place and massively over-crowding our desks?

Well, late into the day, someone has finally created and distributed this concept. LG have released a 34-inch monitor that is 21:9 UltraWide QHD. The benefits can already be seen in the video above in conjunction with music creation. The extra wide screen is the first of its kind and is set to do extremely well. Reviews and technology Darwinism suggest that as soon as businesses get a hold of this idea they will slowly begin to replace their current multiple monitor set-ups with these ultra-wide screens as not only is it more convenient and space-saving in an office environment, but it also works out much cheaper to buy one large screen than two or three small screens.

Practically speaking there is also a great advantage in the ultra-wide screen. Anyone who has separate monitors at work will know that it is a bit of a pain having to control the different screens on all of them. With the LG QHD monitor, you can simply divide your one screen up and then be able to use your mouse and keyboard as if you were just using one screen, which effectively you are.
